James B. Saylor age 49 from Elkhorn City, KY passed away january 23rd.  Visitation will be after 6OM Thursday January 24th at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral services will be Saturday Janaury 26th at 2PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
