Frank Welch age 78 from Sidney, KY passed away Janaury 8h. Visitation will be 6PM until 9PM Thursday January 10th at the Belfry High School Auditorium. Funeral services will be Saturday January 12th at 11AM at the Belfry High School Auditorium. Burial will follow in the Smith Cemetery.
