James Burl Rowe age 76 from Belchr, KY passed away January 2nd. Visitation will be after 6PM Friday January 4th at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be Sunday January 6th at 2PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Rowe Family Cemetery.
