Thelma Joyce Thacker age 76 of Pikeville, KY passed away Friday December 23rd. Funeral services will be Thursday December 29th at 11AM at the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday December 29th at 6PM at the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
