Franklin Blevins Jr. age 63 of Williamson, WV passed away Wednesday December 14th. Funeral services will be held Saturday December 17th at 12PM at the Church of God Acts 20:28 of Nolan. Visitation will be after 6PM Thursday December 15th at the RE Rogers Funeral Home and after 6PM Friday December 16th at the Church of God Acts 20:28 of Nolan. Burial will follow in the Mountain View Memory Gardens.
