Rufus Wampler age 55 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Tuesday December 27th. Funeral services will be Friday December 30th at 1PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be after 6PM Wednesday December 28th at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the JS Willis Cemetery, Bartlick, VA.
