Clifford Randall Combs age 71 of Topmost Ky passed away Monday November 28th. Funeral services will be held 11AM Friday December 2nd at the Providence Regular Baptist Ministries. Visitation will be at 5Pm Wednesday November 30th at the Providence Regular Baptist Ministries. Burial will follow in the Joe Hall cemetery Topmost KY.
