Mart Thomas Smith (Tommy), age 20, from Sidney, KY, passed away Thursday, August 11th, 2011 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held Monday, August 15th, 2011 at 11am at the New Beginning Church of God.
Burial will be at the Smith Cemetery in Sidney, KY.
Visitation will be after 6pm Saturday and Sunday night at the church.
