Jackie Darrell Maynard, age 51, of Raccoon, KY, passed away Wednesday, August 10th, 2011 at Pikeville Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held 1pm on Saturday, August 13th, 2011, at Community Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the Adkins/Branham Family Cemetary at Greasy Creek.
Visitation will be after 6pm on Thursday, August 11th at the funeral home.
Services will be held each night at 7pm.
