Ellen Carol Adkins, 69, of Shelbiana, KY passed away Monday, August 8th, 2011 at her residence.
Visitation will be at Thacker Memorial Funeral Home August 9th and 10th at 7PM.
Funeral services will be Thursday, August 11th, 2011 at 1PM at the chapel.
Interment will follow at the Joe Kendrick Family Cemetery.
