Jack Hubbard age 71 of Pinsonfork, KY passed away on August 7th, 2011.
Visitation after 6pm Tuesday at R.E. Rogers Funeral Home of Belfry. Funeral service will be Wednesday August 10th at 2:00 at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Romans Cemetary at Hatfield, KY.
