Paul David Blackburn age 55 from Phyllis, KY passed away August 19th. Visitation will be after 6PM Wednesday August 21st at the Berean Bible Church. Funeral services will be Friday August 23rd at 11AM at the Berean Bible Church. Burial will follow in the Alex Reynolds Cemetery.
