Maggie Ruth Smith age 87 from Phelps, KY passed away August 21.  Visitation will be after 6PM Friday August 23 at the R.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Saturday August 24 at 11AM at the R.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Smith Family Cemetery.
