Arlene Damron age 74 from Elkhorn City, KY passed away August 24th.  Visitation will be after 6PM Monday August 26th at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral services will be Wednesday August 28th at 1PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial arrangements are incomplete at this time.
