Wayne David Justice age 81 from Kimper, KY passed away March 24th.  Visitation will be Wednesday March 27th at 6PM at the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Friday March 29th at 1PM at the Peter Creek Presbyterian Church.  Burial will follow in the Justice & Alley Cemetery.
