Tandy Thomas Ramsey

Tandy Thomas Ramsey age 50 from Pikeville, KY passed away March 19th.  Visitation will be Wednesday March 20th at 6PM at the Owsaley Freewill Baptist Church.  Funeral services will be Friday March 22nd at 1PM at the Owsley Freewill Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the Howell Cemetery.
