Carmen Lea (Fouch) Keene  age 62 from Hardy, KY passed away March 10th.  Visitation will be after 6PM Monday March 11th at the R.E. Rogers Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Wednesday March 13th at 12PM at the Belfry High School Auditorium.  Burial arrangements are incomplete.
