William Everett "Willy" Shinn

William Everett "Willy" Shinn age 51 from Raccoon, KY passed away February 20th.  Visitation will be Saturday February 23rd at 6PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Sunday February 24th at 10AM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Willard Bentley Cemetery.
