Judith Kay Ratliff

Judith Kay Ratliff age 71 from Pikeville, KY passed away February 22nd.  Visitation will be after 6PM Sunday February 23rd at the Island Creek Freewill Baptist Church.  Funeral services will be Tuesday February 26th at 1PM at the Island Creek Freewill Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
