Joe Estep age 77 from Phelps, KY passed away February 1st. Visitation will be after 6PM Monday February 4th at the Jamboree Church of God. Funeral services will be Tuesday February 5th at 1PM at the Jamboree Church of God. Burial will follow in the Estep Family Cemetery.
