Judith Kaye Blackburn age 61 from Pikeville, KY passed away December 28th.  Visitation will be Saturday December 29th after 6PM at the Community Funeal Home.  Funeral services will be Monday December 31st at 1PM at the Commubnity Funeral Homne.  Burial will follow in the Yhompson Cemetery.
