Jack Ramey aghe 79 from Elkhorn City, KY passed away December 10th.  Visitation will be after 6PM Wednesday December 12th at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.   Funeral services will be Thursday December 13h at 2PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial arrangements are incomplete at this time.
