Herbie Allen Bailey age 54 from Pikeville, KY passed away December 22nd.  Visitation will be Wednesday December 26th at 6PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Friday December 28th at 1PM at the  Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Annie E Young Cemetery.
