Lou Wallace age 82 of Belcher, KY passed away October 21st. Visitation will be after 6PM Tuesday October 23rd at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be Thursday October 25th at 1 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Dow Brooks Cemetery.
