Debra Faye Ratliff age 55 of Island Creek, KY passed away October 16th.  Visitation will be after 6PM Thursday October 18th at the Grassy Creek Freewill Baptist Church.  Funeral services will be Saturday October 20th at 11AM at the Grassy Creek Freewill Baptist Church.  Burial arrangements are incomplete at this time.
