James Pelmer Ratliff

James Pelmer Ratliff age 86 of Pikeville, KY passed away October 18th.  Visitation will be Saturday October 20th from 6 until 9PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Sunday Ocotber 21st at 1:30PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home.   Burial will follow in the Johnson Memorial Park.
