Misty Ratliff age 32 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away April 16th. Visitation will be after 6PM Tuesday April 17th at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be Thursday April 19th at 11AM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Elkhorn City Cemetery.
