Marvin "Garl" Clevinger age 90 of Belcher, KY passed away March 30th. Visitation will be after 6PM Saturday March 31st at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be Sunday April 1st at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Wilson Cemetery, Draffin, KY.
