Frankie G. Ousley age 65 of Martin, KY passed away April 17th. Visitation will be after 6PM Thursday April 19th at the Hall Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday April 21st at 11AM at the Hall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Ousley Family cemetery, Martin, KY.
