Dulcie Rowe age 99 from Caney Hwy Pikeville, KY passed away June 2nd. Visitation will be Tuesday June 4th at 6PM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday June 6th at 11AM at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery.
