Donald Dean Kinney age 76 from Pikeville, KY passed away June 17.  Visitation will be Tuesday June 20th at 6PM at the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Thursday June 20th at 11AM at the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemetery.
