Douglas Ray Meade age 58 of Pikeville, KY passed away November 6th.  Visitation will be Wednesday November 7th at the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral services will be Friday November 9th at 11AM at the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Annie E. Young Cemtery.
