Donna Marlene Ramey age 48 from Elkhorn City, KY passed away November 15th.  Visitation will be after 6PM Tuesday November 13th at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral services will be Thursday November 15th at 11AM at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Elkhorn City Cemetery.
