Thomas Clarence "Gator" Matney age 69 of Elkhorn City passed away Monday October 31st. Funeral services will be held 1pm Friday November 4th at Bailey Funeral Home. Visitation will be after 6pm Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Annie E. Young Cemetery.
