Clifford Randall age 71 of Topmost KY passed away Monday November 28th. Funeral services will be held Friday December 2nd at 11AM at the Providence Regular Baptist Church Topmost Ky. Visitation will be at 5:00PM Wednesday November 28th at the Hall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Joe Hall Cemetery. Masonic services will be at 7PM.
