Ruth Spears age 76 of Pikeville, KY passed away June 13th. Visitation will be Thursday June 14th after 6PM at the J.W. Call Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11AM Saturday June 16th at the Immanuel Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Davidson Memorial Gardens.
