James I. Thacker age 53 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away January 23rd. Funeral services will be 1PM Friday January 27th at East Ridge High School visitation at the school will be from 12PM until 1PM. Visitation will be after 6PM Wednesday January 25th at the Community Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Coleman Family Cemetery.
