Billy Ray Belcher age 77 of Winchester formerly of Pike County passed away September 30th. Funeral services will be held October 4th at the Rolan G. Taylor Funeral Home at 289 S. Main Street Winchester, KY. Visitation will be from 10am till the hour of service at the funeral home.
